The Mom Project’s RISE Program Donation Promotion Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Mom Project’s RISE Program Donation Promotion (the “RISE Program Donation Promotion”) administered by The Office of Angela Scott, LLC (“The Office of Angela Scott” or “TOOAS” or “us” or “we”). PLEASE READ THESE RISE PROGRAM PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS (these “PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS”) CAREFULLY. THESE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE OFFICE OF ANGELA SCOTT AND STATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT GOVERN YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE RISE PROGRAM DONATION PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATION IN THE RISE PROGRAM DONATION PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS. IF YOU DON’T AGREE TO THESE PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE RISE PROGRAM DONATION PROMOTION.

 

These Promotion Terms & Conditions are in addition to the TOOAS Terms of Use, but only to the extent necessary to govern your participation in the RISE Program Donation Promotion. Capitalized terms not defined in these Promotion Terms & Conditions will have the same meaning as in the TOOAS Terms of Use. If these Promotion Terms & Conditions are inconsistent with the TOOAS Terms of Use, these Promotion Terms and Conditions will govern your participation in the RISE Program Donation Promotion.

 

  1. About the RISE Program Donation Promotion

TOOAS will donate 100% of proceeds (exclusive of sales taxes) up to a maximum of $20,000 for purchases of all TOOAS products – by certain loyal and new customers (each, a “Participant”). Participation in the RISE Program Donation Promotion is by invitation only and completely voluntary. Participants will be notified about the opportunity to participate in the RISE Program Promotion by email from TOOAS or social media feeds from TOOAS.

 

  1. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the RISE Program Donation Promotion, you must be a new TOOAS customer or have and maintain an active TOOAS account and be in good standing; be over 18 years old, and be a legal resident of the United States, and be selected in TOOAS’s sole discretion for the RISE Program Donation Promotion. Each Participant must be a new or existing customer of TOOAS and must have a unique email address. Duplicate email address submissions are not allowed. TOOAS reserves the right to terminate and disqualify you at any time from participating in the RISE Program Donation Promotion if you don’t comply with these Promotion Terms & Conditions.

 

  1. Start/End Dates

The RISE Program Donation Promotion begins on May 1, 2021 at 12AM PST and ends on May 10, 2021 at 11:59PM PST (the “promotion period”).

 

  1. Description of the RISE Program DONATION Promotion

To participate in the RISE Program Donation Promotion simply purchase one or more products through the TOOAS website (theofficeofangelascott.com).

 

Donations calculation will only include purchases made during the Promotion Period and the donation of up to a maximum of $20,000 will be made to the RISE Program as soon as reasonably practicable following the expiration of the promotion period. Each Participant is responsible for all retail prices, applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges that may apply to any purchase under these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

 

All orders will be filled on a first come, first serve basis while supplies last. By participating in the RISE Program Donation Promotion, you agree to TOOAS’s collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted TOOAS’s Privacy Policy.

 

  1. Restrictions

In addition to the restrictions you agreed to in the TOOAS Terms of Use, you agree that the following activities are expressly prohibited and engaging in any of these will be grounds for immediate termination and disqualification from the RISE Program Donation Promotion and may lead to the forfeiture of existing RISE Program Donation Promotion invitations.

 

  • Spam, bulk distribution of invitations, distribution to strangers, or any other promotion of your RISE Program Donation Promotion invitations that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial e-mail or spam under any applicable law or regulation.
  • Fraud, attempted fraud, or abuse of the RISE Program Donation Promotion or Promotion Terms & Conditions will result in disqualification from the RISE Program Donation Promotion.
  • Selling, trading, bartering, or providing anything of value to your invitee beyond the RISE Program Donation Promotion invitation, or otherwise using your RISE Program Donation Promotion Invitations or RISE Program Donation Promotion Credits for promotional purposes will result in disqualification from the RISE Program Donation Promotion.

 

  1. Additional Terms

TOOAS reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the RISE Program Donation Promotion, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof). If we modify or discontinue the RISE Program Donation Promotion, we will let you know via email or by posting a notice on the TOOAS website. TOOAS will not be liable to you in the event of any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the RISE Program Donation Promotion. TOOAS reserves the right to amend, modify or waive these Promotion Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
