I purchased my usual size since I have slightly narrower than average feet, and this shoe fits perfectly. They're beautifully constructed and just gorgeous to look at, an absolutely versatile style. Break-in is going to take a while because the leather is stiff, but it will be worth it. The shoes are supportive but also have the flexible sole I need to wear them comfortably.

Beautiful and well made just as expected

This is my first pair of Scotts and I love them! They're beautiful and you can see the quality is amazing. They are still pretty stiff, but the tip they sent out in an email about rubbing alcohol on the inside to break them in a bit faster has really helped. I have wide feet and normally wear a 9, but sized up to 9 1/2 per the recommendations on the website and the fit is pretty good. I may have been able to size up to a 10 and they probably wouldn't be so tight, but I also didn't want them to slip off my heel so I think this was a good fit. I'm looking forward to getting them broken in so they're more comfortable but I'm sure that will come with time. These are gorgeous shoes and definitely made to last a lifetime. Even better, I feel like a total boss when I wear them. I am in love and will definitely be saving up for a second pair!

They are a bit shinier than I thought though, more of a patent look than pictured. They're still beautiful, but it wasn't quite what I was expecting from the pictures online. Just something to be aware of.
