These boots are a real treasure. I have a wide foot bed and a narrow heel, these boots fit perfectly. My feet have plenty of room, there are no pressure spots, and they also don't slide around. I tried on and returned countless boots last year without ever finding a true fit and had lost hope. The Mr. Hardy is a keeper for me.

These have been harder to break in than expected. They’re stiff and they’re “breaking” at the wrong spot on my left foot. I bought the equivalent of a 9 because I’m an 8.5 (sometimes 9) and knew I’d be wearing big socks with them. But I think I should have gotten an 8.5 - might have prevented what I’m experiencing.

That aside, they are beautiful, as stylish as expected, I love wearing them with my jeans rolled up and I also paired with tights and a sequined dress on one occasion. If I can resolve the crease in the wrong spot, I envision finding many more ways to pair these with various outfits for years to come…because they are built to last. I love and appreciate that these are NOT fast fashion - these are an investment for a lifetime.
